I have been attending Rachel’s Zumba Fitness class on Thursdays for a year now, I am the granny of the class (64yrs young) but manage to keep up  most of the time and I thoroughly enjoy that hour, it is the most strenuous thing I have ever done in my life to date but great fun and you feel a sense of achievement when you finish.

Rachel is a fun bubbly character, she makes her classes so much fun that for the last 3-4 months I have signed up for her Sosa group on a Wednesday morning as well, when she starts her Zumba Gold classes in the late summer I hope to go to those as well.

The classes are suitable for all, even me a totally previously” couch potato” I have never been so active in my life!


Me and my fiance come to Rachel’s zumba class on a tuesday and her fitsteps on a thursday.  We both really enjoy the classes and as a teacher Rachel makes the classes fun as well as a great workout.

When I first attended Rachel’s Zumba class, I was totally blown away by her enthusiasm, style, motivational personality and attention to detail.
Each class is very different with routines to current pop music and the more traditional Latin and salsa vibes;  there are both high and low impact options so everyone can comfortably enjoy the class at their own pace.

Fast forward to April 2016 and a totally new fitness experience at Clubbercise. Dancing in a darkened room with disco lights and glow sticks, loud, up beat music and easy to follow routines it’s hard to believe you’re exercising whilst having such a good time! Definitely my favourite night of the week.

Since attending Rachel’s classes I have improved my overall levels of fitness, co-ordination and confidence and reduced my stress levels.  Her knowledge of dance and fitness combined with a natural ability to lead a class makes every session engaging and fun to do.

Fabulous and fantastic fitness fun!



Rachel is an enthusiastic and patient teacher and doesn’t have a hissy fit when we go wrong – which is often!! I and all the SOSA class have great fun while getting fitter.
